Drums & Totes Ordering Process
To better serve you, save your valuable time, and make the buying experience friction-free we have implemented the following ordering process. Please remember we are no longer open to walk-in customers.
New or Returning Customers
- Using the search bar or product menus, locate the products you wish to purchase for pickup or delivery.
- Add the appropriate items and quantities to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Select local pickup at our Lemon Grove facility or local delivery.
- For pickups, please plan to pick up your order within 48 hours from receipt of the email confirming it is ready.
- For deliveries, we will contact you after your order is processed to arrange for a date and time to complete the delivery.
- Pay
- Once your order is processed, usually within 90-minutes, you’ll receive an email confirming your order is ready for pickup or when delivery has been scheduled.
- Head on down to 7319 Broadway, Lemon Grove, CA 91945, and backup to Door 4 off Alford Street for pickup.
- Ring the bell located on the side of Door 4.
- Provide our helpful team with your order number.
- We’ll help load you up and send you on your way.
